1. Sponsor

The Show Us Your Horse Social Launch Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Get Chia (“Sponsor”), 191 University Blvd., #986, Denver, CO 80206, United States.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Equine Chia and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins October 7, 2026 and ends November 3, 2026.

Four weekly winners will be selected during the Giveaway.

Weekly winner announcements are planned for:

October 14, 2026
October 21, 2026
October 28, 2026
November 4, 2026

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may receive:

One (1) entry: Comment on the official Equine Chia Show Us Your Horse Giveaway post with your horse’s name.

One (1) bonus entry: Post a photo of your horse and tag or mention @theEquineChia so Equine Chia can identify the entry.

Maximum of two (2) entries per person.

Participants need to enter only once during the Giveaway Period and will remain eligible for subsequent weekly drawings unless selected as a winner.

No purchase is necessary.

5. Prizes

Four (4) prize packages will be awarded, one for each weekly drawing.

Each prize package consists of a two-month supply of Equine Chia Organic Chia Seeds: two (2) 3.75 lb pouches, for a total of 7.5 lbs.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Each weekly winner will be selected at random from eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.

A person may win only once during the Giveaway. After being selected as a winner, that person will not be eligible for subsequent weekly drawings.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be contacted by Equine Chia through the applicable social media platform. A potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Horse Photo Entries

Participants submitting a horse photo represent that they own the photo or otherwise have the right to share it.

Submitting or tagging a photo allows Equine Chia to contact the participant regarding possible use or featuring of the photo. Equine Chia will obtain permission before reusing a participant’s photo in its marketing.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, inappropriate, incomplete, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

9. Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Equine Chia. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram, and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of prizes.

10. Privacy

Information collected from winners will be used as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway and deliver prizes, unless the winner separately consents to another use.
