I can't access my account online and it's not sending me a password reset. What is going on?
Although emails may be provided by customers at checkout, this doesn't necessarily mean you have established an account. You must first "Sign Up" for an account and activate it before you can have access to all of your order information. All orders can be tied together by email, so as long as you sign up with the same email that you placed your order with, you should be able to see past orders and manage any future orders and subscriptions.
There is a problem with my order. What should I do?

Why have your prices changed?
While we strive to provide a good value to customers, there are factors outside of our control that we need to consider when adjusting prices. Those factors include transportation costs, labor costs, and crop yield/supply, which all fluctuate.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
We typically ship USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail once an order has processed, but please allow up to a week to receive your order.
Will you ship to Canada?
Unfortunately, it is cost prohibitive for us to ship outside of the United States. We are working to find other solutions.
If I subscribe to a product, will the price always stay the same?
A subscription will only guarantee that an order is placed at the frequency chosen. We reserve the right to adjust pricing of all of our products at any time. Please review subscriptions on a routine basis and sign up for an online account so that you can manage them as needed.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, or update the frequency as needed by signing up for an online account.
